| Product description | Product DescriptionEach lot of MSC-qualified FBS, US Origin (04-400-1A-US) is screened by growing human mesenchymal stem cells (hMSCs) over a minimum of three subculture generations with 10 percent serum. Human MSC’s are evaluated on cell count, expansion and morphology. MSC’s are phenotypically assayed by flow cytometry. FBS is tested in parallel with a control lot which has been demonstrated to support the growth of hMSC.- US origin FBS- Triple 0.1 µm Filtered- Endotoxin: ≤ 10 EU/mL; Hemoglobin ≤ 25 mg/dL |
