Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L), (PE Conjugate) reacts with heavy and light chain of most rabbit immunoglobulins. No cross-reactivity to other serum proteins has been detected.

Less than 1% cross-reactivity is observed with immunoglobulins from other species.

Storage Instructions

The optimal dilution of the secondary antibody should be determined for each application. However, a final dilution of 1:500 should yield acceptable results for most flow cytometry applications.

Storage: Supplied in 10 mM HEPES, 150 mM NaCl, pH 7.4, 0.08% sodium azide. Store at 4°C. Protect from light for up to one year. Do not freeze.
Storage Buffer phosphate buffered saline , pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.
