Storage Instructions | The optimal dilution of the secondary antibody should be determined for each application. However, a final dilution of 1:500 should yield acceptable results for most flow cytometry applications. Storage: Supplied in 10 mM HEPES, 150 mM NaCl, pH 7.4, 0.08% sodium azide. Store at 4°C. Protect from light for up to one year. Do not freeze. |
