Function
Pseudokinase which, in complex with CAB39/MO25 (CAB39/MO25alpha or CAB39L/MO25beta), binds to and activates STK11/LKB1. Adopts a closed conformation typical of active protein kinases and binds STK11/LKB1 as a pseudosubstrate, promoting conformational change of STK11/LKB1 in an active conformation
Tissue Specificity
This LYK5 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 371~401 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human LYK5.
The anti-LYK5 Pab (Cat. #AP7142b) is used in Western blot to detect LYK5 in Jurkat tissue lysate

Storage Instructions
For short-term storage, store at 4° C. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20ºC or below. Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
Storage Buffer
Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein G column, eluted with high and low pH buffers and neutralized immediately, followed by dialysis against PBS.
