Function
The 83 kDa subunit binds and stabilizes the catalytic subunit at 37 degrees Celsius and keeps it in circulation. Under some circumstances it may be an allosteric modifier of the catalytic subunit
Tissue Specificity
This CPN2 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 320~350 amino acids from the Center region of human CPN2.
Western blot analysis of CPN2 Antibody (Center) in HepG2 cell line lysates (35ug/lane). CPN2 (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab.

Storage Instructions
For short-term storage, store at 4° C. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20ºC or below. Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
Storage Buffer
Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is prepared by Saturated Ammonium Sulfate (SAS) precipitation followed by dialysis against PBS.
