FKBP3 FKBP25 Peptidyl-prolyl cis-trans isomerase FKBP3 25 kDa FK506-binding protein FK506-binding protein 3 Immunophilin FKBP25 Rapamycin-selective 25 kDa immunophilin Rotamase
Molecular Weight(MW)
25177 Da
Function
FK506- and rapamycin-binding proteins (FKBPs) constitute a family of receptors for the two immunosuppressants which inhibit T-cell proliferation by arresting two distinct cytoplasmic signal transmission pathways. PPIases accelerate the folding of proteins
Tissue Specificity
This FKBP3 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 183~213 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human FKBP3.
Western blot analysis of anti-FKBP3 Antibody (C-term) in T47D cell line lysates (35ug/lane). FKBP3 (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab.
