Application

Application

Western blot analysis of HSPA4 Antibody (C-term) in mouse NIH-3T3 cell line lysates (35ug/lane). HSPA4 (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab.

Application

HSPA4 Antibody (C-term) immunohistochemistry analysis in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded human colon carcinoma followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of the HSPA4 Antibody (C-term) for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated.

Application

Confocal immunofluorescent analysis of HSPA4 Antibody (C-term)(Cat#AP2763e) with WiDr cell followed by Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated goat anti-rabbit lgG (green).DAPI was used to stain the cell nuclear (blue).
