Product Profile
Product Name ALPPL2 antibody
Antibody Type Primary Antibodies
Product description Rabbit Polyclonal antibody to ALPPL2 (alkaline phosphatase, placental-like 2)There are at least four distinct but related alkaline phosphatases: intestinal, placental, placental-like, and liver/bone/kidney (tissue non-specific). The product of this gene is a membrane bound glycosylated enzyme, localized to testis, thymus and certain germ cell tumors, that is closely related to both the placental and intestinal forms of alkaline phosphatase. [provided by RefSeq]
Immunogen Recombinant protein encompassing a sequence within the center region of human ALPPL2. The exact sequence is proprietary.

Application

Application

Sample (30 ug of whole cell lysate) A: A549 7.5% SDS PAGE ALPPL2 antibody diluted at 1:1000

Application

Immunofluorescence analysis of methanol-fixed A549, using ALPPL2 antibody at 1:500 dilution.

Application

ALPPL2 antibody detects ALPPL2 protein at cytoplasm by immunofluorescent analysis. Sample: HeLa cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min. Green: ALPPL2 protein stained by ALPPL2 antibody diluted at 1:1000. Red: alpha Tubulin, a cytoskeleton marker, stained by alpha Tubulin antibody [GT114] diluted at 1:1000. Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.

Application

Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human Breast, using ALPPL2 antibody at 1:500 dilution.
Positive Control A549
