Product Profile
Product Name Calretinin antibody
Antibody Type Primary Antibodies
Product description Rabbit polyclonal to CalretininThe antibody is specific against a calcium binding protein called calretinin. This antibody reacts specifically with calretinin in tissue originating from human, rat and mouse. Calretinin is an intracellular calcium-binding protein belonging to the troponin C superfamily. Calretinin has been detected in mesotheliomas and some pulmonary adenocarcinomas.
Immunogen Recombinant full length mouse Calretinin protein.
Key Feature
Clonality Polyclonal
Host Species Rabbit
Tested Applications IHCIHC-P
This antibody may be diluted to a titer of 1:25-1:50 in an ABC method. However, depending on the staining conditions employed, we suggest that final dilution should be determined by the user. We suggest an incubation period of 30 minutes at room temperature or overnight at 4 degrees Celsius. However, depending upon the fixation conditions and the staining system employed, optimal incubation conditions should be determined by the user. Formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissue sections require high temperature antigen unmasking with 10 mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0 prior to immunostaining.:
