Product Profile
Product Name ETFDH antibody, N-term
Antibody Type Primary Antibodies
Product description Rabbit polyclonal to ETFDH (N-term)Electron-transferring-flavoprotein dehydrogenase in the inner mitochondrial membrane accepts electrons from electron-transfer flavoprotein which is located in the mitochondrial matrix and reduces ubiquinone in the mitochondrial membrane. The protein is synthesized as a 67-kDa precursor which is targeted to mitochondria and processed in a single step to a 64-kDa mature form located in the mitochondrial membrane. Deficiency in electron-transferring-flavoprotein dehydrogenase have been demonstrated in some patients with type II glutaricacidemia. [provided by RefSeq]
Immunogen KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 39~69 amino acids from the N-terminal region of human ETFDH.

Application

Application

Western blot analysis of ETFDH Antibody (N-term) in Ramos cell line lysates (35ug/lane). ETFDH (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab.

Application

ETFDH Antibody (N-term) flow cytometry analysis of Ramos cells (bottom histogram) compared to a negative control cell (top histogram).FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.

Application

Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human lung carcinoma reacted with ETFDH Antibody (N-term), which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
