Product Profile
Product Name Fumarate hydratase antibody
Antibody Type Primary Antibodies
Product description Rabbit Polyclonal antibody to Fumarate hydratase (fumarate hydratase)The protein encoded by this gene is an enzymatic component of the tricarboxylic acid (TCA) cycle, or Krebs cycle, and catalyzes the formation of L-malate from fumarate. It exists in both a cytosolic form and an N-terminal extended form, differing only in the translation start site used. The N-terminal extended form is targeted to the mitochondrion, where the removal of the extension generates the same form as in the cytoplasm. It is similar to some thermostable class II fumarases and functions as a homotetramer. Mutations in this gene can cause fumarase deficiency and lead to progressive encephalopathy. [provided by RefSeq]

Application

Application

Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded NCIN87 xenograft, using fumarate hydratase antibody at 1:500 dilution.

Application

Fumarate hydratase antibody detects Fumarate hydratase protein by western blot analysis. A.50 µg rat liver lysate/extract 10% SDS-PAGE Fumarate hydratase antibody dilution: 1:5000 The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody was used to detect the primary antibody.

Application

Fumarate hydratase antibody detects FH protein by western blot analysis. A. 50 µg mouse liver lysate/extract 7.5% SDS-PAGE Fumarate hydratase antibody dilution: 1:1000 The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody was used to detect the primary antibody.

Application

Fumarate hydratase antibody detects Fumarate hydratase protein at mitochondria by immunofluorescent analysis. Sample: HeLa cells were fixed in 2% paraformaldehyde/culture medium at 37℃ for 30 min. Green: Fumarate hydratase protein stained by Fumarate hydratase antibody diluted at 1:500. Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.

Application

Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts (30 µg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Fumarate hydratase antibody diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody was used to detect the primary antibody.

Application

Sample (30 µg of whole cell lysate) A: HeLa B: HepG2 10% SDS PAGE diluted at 1:1000 The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody was used to detect the primary antibody.
Positive Control 293T , HeLa , HepG2 , mouse liver , rat liver
