Product Profile
Product Name GS1 antibody
Antibody Type Primary Antibodies
Product description Rabbit Polyclonal antibody to GS1 (haloacid dehalogenase-like hydrolase domain containing 1)This gene encodes a member of the haloacid dehalogenase-like (HAD) hydrolase superfamily. The encoded protein has no known biological function. This gene has a pseudogene on chromosome 1. Multiple alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been identified. [provided by RefSeq]
Immunogen Recombinant protein encompassing a sequence within the center region of human GS1. The exact sequence is proprietary.

Application

Application

GS1 antibody detects HDHD1A protein at Cytoplasm and Nucleolus by immunofluorescent analysis. Sample: HepG2 cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min. Green: HDHD1A protein stained by GS1 antibody diluted at 1:500. Blue: Hoechst 33343 staining.

Application

Sample (30 ug of whole cell lysate) A: Hep G2 12% SDS PAGE diluted at 1:1000

Application

GS1 antibody detects GS1 protein at cytoplasm on human colon carcinoma by immunohistochemical analysis. Sample: Paraffin-embedded colon carcinoma. GS1 antibody dilution: 1:500.
Positive Control HepG2
