Application

Application

Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded H. kidney section using ADRA1D Antibody (N-term). Antibody was diluted at 1:100 dilution. A peroxidase-conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG at 1:400 dilution was used as the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining.

Application

Flow cytometric analysis of MCF-7 cells using ADRA1D Antibody (N-term)(green) compared to an isotype control of rabbit IgG(blue). Antibody was diluted at 1:25 dilution. An Alexa Fluor 488 goat anti-rabbit lgG at 1:400 dilution was used as the secondary antibody.

Application

Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded H. small intestine section using ADRA1D Antibody (N-term). Antibody was diluted at 1:100 dilution. A peroxidase-conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG at 1:400 dilution was used as the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining.

Application

Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded R. kidney section using ADRA1D Antibody (N-term). Antibody was diluted at 1:100 dilution. A peroxidase-conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG at 1:400 dilution was used as the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining.

Application

Western blot analysis of lysates from A549, LNCaP, PC-3 cell line and rat brain tissue lysate (from left to right), using ADRA1D Antibody at 1:1000 at each lane.
