DCLRE1C is a nuclear protein that is involved in V (D)J recombination and DNA repair. The protein has single-strand-specific 5'-3' exonuclease activity; it also exhibits endonuclease activity on 5' and 3' overhangs and hairpins when complexed with protein kinase, DNA-activated, catalytic polypeptide. Mutations in this gene cause Athabascan-type severe combined immunodeficiency (SCIDA). This gene encodes a nuclear protein that is involved in V (D)J recombination and DNA repair. Storage Instructions
For short periods of storage (days) store at 4˚C. For longer periods of storage, store DCLRE1C antibody at -20˚C. As with any antibody avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.
Storage Buffer
Antibody is lyophilized in PBS buffer with 2% sucrose. Add 50 μL of distilled water. Final antibody concentration is 1 mg/mL.
