Deletions of the 22q11.2 have been associated with a wide range of developmental defects classified under the acronym CATCH 22. The DGCR2 is a novel putative adhesion receptor protein, which could play a role in neural crest cells migration, a process which has been proposed to be altered in DiGeorge syndrome. Storage Instructions
For short periods of storage (days) store at 4˚C. For longer periods of storage, store DGCR2 antibody at -20˚C. As with any antibody avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.
Storage Buffer
Antibody is lyophilized in PBS buffer with 2% sucrose. Add 50 μL of distilled water. Final antibody concentration is 1 mg/mL.
