Product Profile
Product Name HLA-G Antibody
Antibody Type Primary Antibodies
Antigen Alias HLA class I histocompatibility antigen, alpha chain G, HLA G antigen, MHC class I antigen G, HLA-G, HLA-60, HLAG
Product description HLA-G belongs to the HLA class I heavy chain paralogues. This class I molecule is a heterodimer consisting of a heavy chain and a light chain (beta-2 microglobulin). The heavy chain is anchored in the membrane. HLA-G is expressed on fetal derived placental cells. The heavy chain is approximately 45 kDa and its gene contains 8 exons. Exon one encodes the leader peptide, exons 2 and 3 encode the alpha1 and alpha2 domain, which both bind the peptide, exon 4 encodes the alpha3 domain, exon 5 encodes the transmembrane region, and exon 6 encodes the cytoplasmic tail.1) Walpole,N.G., et.al., J. Mol. Biol. 397 (2), 467-480 (2010)
Immunogen This HLA-G antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 62-89 amino acids from the Central region of human HLA-G.

Application

Application

Flow cytometry analysis of NCI-H460 cells (bottom histogram) compared to a negative control cell (top histogram).FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.

Application

Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human lung carcinoma reacted with HLA-G Antibody , which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining.

Application

Western blot analysis of HLA-G using rabbit polyclonal HLA-G Antibody using 293 cell lysates (2 ug/lane) either nontransfected (Lane 1) or transiently transfected (Lane 2) with the HLA-G gene.

Application

Western blot analysis of HLA-G Antibody in NCI-H460 cell line lysates (35ug/lane)

Application

Western blot analysis of lysate from human placenta tissue lysate, using HLA-G Antibody ) at 1:1000 at each lane.

Application

Western Blot at 1:2000 dilution Lane 1: Jurkat whole cell lysate Lane 2: Raji whole cell lysate Lane 3: Ramos whole cell lysate Lysates/proteins at 20 ug per lane.
