Product Profile
Product Name KRT10 Antibody
Antibody Type Primary Antibodies
Antigen Alias Keratin, type I cytoskeletal 10, Cytokeratin-10, CK-10, Keratin-10, K10, KRT10, KPP
Product description KRT10 is a member of the type I (acidic) cytokeratin family, which belongs to the superfamily of intermediate filament (IF) proteins. Keratins are heteropolymeric structural proteins which form the intermediate filament. These filaments, along with actin microfilaments and microtubules, compose the cytoskeleton of epithelial cells. Mutations in its gene are associated with epidermolytic hyperkeratosis.1) Morais,P., EurDermatol 19 (4), 333-336 (2009)
Immunogen This KRT10 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 150-179 amino acids from the N-terminal region of human KRT10.

Application

Application

Flow cytometric analysis of 293 cells using KRT10 Antibody (N-term)(bottom histogram) compared to a negative control cell (top histogram). FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.

Application

Western blot analysis of KRT10 Antibody in 293 cell line lysates (35ug/lane)

Application

Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human kidney carcinoma with KRT10 Antibody (N-term), which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining.
