Protein disulfide-isomerase A2, Pancreas-specific protein disulfide isomerase, PDIp, PDIA2, PDIP
Product description
Protein disulfide isomerases (EC 5.3.4.1), such as PDIP,
are endoplasmic reticulum (ER) resident proteins that catalyze
protein folding and thiol-disulfide interchange reactions (Desilva
et al., 1996 [PubMed 8561901]).1) Bailey, S.D., et al. Diabetes Care 33(10):2250-2253(2010)
Immunogen
This PDIA2 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 210-239 amino acids from the Central region of human PDIA2.
Western blot analysis in HepG2 cell line lysates (35ug/lane).
