Western blot analysis of MFAP3L using anti-MFAP3L antibody. The sample well of each lane was loaded with 30 ug of sample under reducing conditions. Lane 1: human RT4 whole cell lysates, Lane 2: human U251 whole cell lysates, Lane 3: human Hela whole cell lysates, Lane 4: rat testis tissue lysates, Lane 5: rat PC-12 whole cell lysates, Lane 6: mouse testis tissue lysates, Lane 7: mouse RAW264.7 whole cell lysates. After electrophoresis, proteins were transferred to a membrane. Then the membrane was incubated with rabbit anti-MFAP3L antigen affinity purified polyclonal antibody at a dilution of 1:1000 and probed with a goat anti-rabbit IgG-HRP secondary antibody. The signal is developed using ECL Plus Western Blotting Substrate.ICC/IF
IF analysis of MFAP3L using anti-MFAP3L antibody. MFAP3L was detected in an immunocytochemical section of Hela cells. The section was incubated with rabbit anti-MFAP3L Antibody at a dilution of 1:100. Dylight488-conjugated Anti-rabbit IgG Secondary Antibody (green)was used as secondary antibody.
