Western blot analysis of Phospho-Tau (S202) on different lysates with Rabbit anti-Phospho-Tau (S202) antibody at 1/2,000 dilution. Lane 1: Mouse brain tissue lysate, Lane 2: Rat hippocampus tissue lysate, Lane 3: Mouse brain treated with λpp for 1 hour tissue lysate, Lysates/proteins at 30 µg/Lane. Exposure time: 1 minute 2 seconds; 4-20% SDS-PAGE gel. Proteins were transferred to a PVDF membrane and blocked with 5% NFDM/TBST for 1 hour at room temperature. The primary antibody at 1/2,000 dilution was used in 5% NFDM/TBST at 4℃ overnight.
