Western blot analysis of KDM5B on different lysates with Rabbit anti-KDM5B antibody at 1/2,000 dilution. Lysates/proteins at 20 µg/Lane. Exposure time: 5 minutes; 4-20% SDS-PAGE gel. Proteins were transferred to a PVDF membrane and blocked with 5% NFDM/TBST for 1 hour at room temperature. The primary antibody at 1/2,000 dilution was used in 5% NFDM/TBST at room temperature for 2 hours. Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG - HRP Secondary Antibody at 1/200,000 dilution was used for 1 hour at room temperature.IP
KDM5B was immunoprecipitated in 0.2mg A549 cell lysate with HA722076 at 2 µg/10 µl beads. Western blot was performed from the immunoprecipitate using KDM5B Recombinant Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody at 1/1,000 dilution. Anti-Rabbit IgG for IP, VHH(HRP) at 1/5,000 dilution was used for 1 hour at room temperature. Lane 1: A549 cell lysate (input). Lane 2: KDM5B Recombinant Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody IP in A549 cell lysate. Lane 3: Rabbit IgG instead of KDM5B Recombinant Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody in A549 cell lysate.
