Application

WB

Western blot analysis of HBBE3 using anti-HBBE3 antibody . The sample well of each lane was loaded with 30 ug of sample under reducing conditions.Lane 1: zebrafish head tissue lysates,Lane 2: whole female zebrafish tissue lysates,Lane 3: whole male zebrafish tissue lysates. After electrophoresis, proteins were transferred to a membrane. Then the membrane was incubated with rabbit anti-HBBE3 antigen affinity purified polyclonal antibody at a dilution of 1:1000 and probed with a goat anti-rabbit IgG-HRP secondary antibody . The signal is developed using ECL Plus Western Blotting Substrate . A specific band was detected for HBBE3 at approximately 16 kDa. The expected band size for HBBE3 is at 16 kDa.

IHC

IHC analysis of HBBE3 using anti-HBBE3 antibody .HBBE3 was detected in a paraffin-embedded section of zebrafish erythrocytes tissue. The tissue section was incubated with rabbit anti-HBBE3 Antibody at a dilution of 1:200 and developed using HRP Conjugated Rabbit IgG Super Vision Assay Kit with DAB as the chromogen.
