Western blot analysis of MC4R using anti-MC4R antibody . The sample well of each lane was loaded with 30 ug of sample under reducing conditions.Lane 1: zebrafish head tissue lysates,Lane 2: whole male zebrafish tissue lysates.After electrophoresis, proteins were transferred to a membrane. Then the membrane was incubated with rabbit anti-MC4R antigen affinity purified polyclonal antibody at a dilution of 1:1000 and probed with a goat anti-rabbit IgG-HRP secondary antibody . The signal is developed using ECL Plus Western Blotting Substrate . A specific band was detected for MC4R at approximately 40 kDa. The expected band size for MC4R is at 36 kDa.IHC
