| Product Details | Opti-MEM medium is a unique medium that contains insulin, transferrin, hypoxanthine, thymidine, and trace elements. These additional components can reduce the amount of serum supplementation by at least 50%. Opti-MEM uses a sodium bicarbonate buffering system (2.4 g/L), so it requires a 5–10% CO2 environment to maintain the physiological pH value. |
