The B-27 Insulin-depleted Supplement is a serum-free supplement designed to support the growth of hippocampal and other CNS neurons in applications where the presence of insulin may cause interference. The B-27 Insulin-depleted Supplement is provided in a 50X liquid form and is expected to be used in combination with Neurobasal Medium or Neurobasal-A Medium.
