Application

Application

Western blot analysis of LXN Antibody (Cat. #AP9861a) in MCF-7 cell line lysates (35ug/lane). LXN (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab.

Application

LXN Antibody (Cat. #AP9861a) IHC analysis in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded colon carcinoma followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of the LXN Antibody for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated.

Application

LXN Antibody (Cat. #AP9861a) flow cytometric analysis of MCF-7 cells (right histogram) compared to a negative control cell (left histogram).FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.
