Application

Application

MAP4 Antibody (Center) western blot analysis in HepG2 cell line lysates (35ug/lane).This demonstrates the MAP4 antibody detected the MAP4 protein (arrow).

Application

MAP4 antibody(Center) immunohistochemistry analysis in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded human brain tissue followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of the MAP4 antibody(Center) for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated.

Application

MAP4 Antibody (Center) flow cytometric analysis of HepG2 cells (right histogram) compared to a negative control cell (left histogram).FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.
