Application
WDR31 Antibody (N-term) western blot analysis in mouse spleen tissue lysates (35ug/lane).This demonstrates the WDR31 antibody detected WDR31 protein (arrow).
Application
WDR31 Antibody (N-term) immunohistochemistry analysis in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded mouse kidney followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of the WDR31 Antibody (N-term) for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
Application
WDR31 Antibody (N-term) flow cytometric analysis of 293 cells (right histogram) compared to a negative control cell (left histogram).FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.
