Function
On ligand binding, forms a receptor complex consisting of two type II and two type I transmembrane serine/threonine kinases. Type II receptors phosphorylate and activate type I receptors which autophosphorylate, then bind and activate SMAD transcriptional regulators. Receptor for anti-Muellerian hormone
Tissue Specificity
This AMHR2 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 20~50 amino acids from the N-terminal region of human AMHR2.
Western blot analysis of AMHR2 Antibody (N-term) in mouse testis tissue lysates (35ug/lane). AMHR2 (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab.

Storage Instructions
For short-term storage, store at 4° C. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20ºC or below. Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
Storage Buffer
Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein G column, eluted with high and low pH buffers and neutralized immediately, followed by dialysis against PBS.
