ATP6V1D ATP6M VATD V-type proton ATPase subunit D V-ATPase 28 kDa accessory protein Vacuolar proton pump subunit D
Molecular Weight(MW)
28263 Da
Function
Subunit of the peripheral V1 complex of vacuolar ATPase. Vacuolar ATPase is responsible for acidifying a variety of intracellular compartments in eukaryotic cells, thus providing most of the energy required for transport processes in the vacuolar system (By similarity)
Tissue Specificity
This ATP6V1D antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 181~210 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human ATP6V1D.
Western blot analysis of ATP6V1D Antibody (C-term) in Y79 cell line lysates (35ug/lane). ATP6V1D (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab.
