Function
Component of the cleavage and polyadenylation specificity factor (CPSF) complex that play a key role in pre-mRNA 3'-end formation, recognizing the AAUAAA signal sequence and interacting with poly(A) polymerase and other factors to bring about cleavage and poly(A) addition. Involved in the histone 3' end pre-mRNA processing
Tissue Specificity
This CPSF2 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 199~229 amino acids from the central region of human CPSF2.
Western blot analysis of anti-CPSF2 Pab in A375 cell line lysate. CPSF2(arrow) was detected using the purified Pab.

Storage Instructions
For short-term storage, store at 4° C. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20ºC or below. Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
Storage Buffer
Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is prepared by Saturated Ammonium Sulfate (SAS) precipitation followed by dialysis against PBS.
