Essential subunit of the N-oligosaccharyl transferase (OST) complex which catalyzes the transfer of a high mannose oligosaccharide from a lipid-linked oligosaccharide donor to an asparagine residue within an Asn-X-Ser/Thr consensus motif in nascent polypeptide chains
Tissue Specificity
This DDOST antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide selected from the N-terminal region of human DDOST.
Cellular Localization
Endoplasmic reticulum membrane; Single-pass type I membrane protein
Western blot analysis of anti-DDOST Pab in CEM cell line lysate (35ug/lane). DDOST (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab.

Storage Instructions
For short-term storage, store at 4° C. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20ºC or below. Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
Storage Buffer
Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein G column, eluted with high and low pH buffers and neutralized immediately, followed by dialysis against PBS.
