Application

Application

Western blot analysis of DPP8 antibody (C-term) (Cat.# AP6506b) in 293 cell line lysates (35ug/lane). DPP8 (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab.

Application

DPP8 Antibody (C-term) (Cat.# AP6506b) IHC analysis in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded human Prostate carcinoma followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of the DPP8 Antibody (C-term) for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated.

Application

DPP8 Antibody (C-term) flow cytometric analysis of 293 cells (right histogram) compared to a negative control cell (left histogram).FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.
Application Notes WB:1:50~100 IHC
