Function
Regulates mitogenic signal transduction by dephosphorylating both Thr and Tyr residues on MAP kinases ERK1 and ERK2
Tissue Specificity
This DUSP4 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 339~368 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human DUSP4.
Western blot analysis of anti-DUSP4 Antibody (C-term) in HepG2 cell line lysates (35ug/lane). DUSP4 (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab.

Storage Instructions
For short-term storage, store at 4° C. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20ºC or below. Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
Storage Buffer
Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein G column, eluted with high and low pH buffers and neutralized immediately, followed by dialysis against PBS.
