Mutarotase converts alpha-aldose to the beta-anomer. It is active on D-glucose, L-arabinose, D-xylose, D-galactose, maltose and lactose (By similarity)
Tissue Specificity
This GALM antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 33~63 amino acids from the N-terminal region of human GALM.
Western blot analysis of GALM Antibody (N-term) in mouse NIH-3T3 cell line lysates (35ug/lane). GALM (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab.
