Alternative Names GMPR
GMPR1
GMP reductase 1
Guanosine 5'-monophosphate oxidoreductase 1
Molecular Weight(MW) 37419 Da
Function Catalyzes the irreversible NADPH-dependent deamination of GMP to IMP. It functions in the conversion of nucleobase, nucleoside and nucleotide derivatives of G to A nucleotides, and in maintaining the intracellular balance of A and G nucleotides
Tissue Specificity This GMPR antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 237-267 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human GMPR.

Application

Application

Western blot analysis of GMPR (arrow) using rabbit polyclonal GMPR Antibody (C-term) . 293 cell lysates (2 ug/lane) either nontransfected (Lane 1) or transiently transfected (Lane 2) with the GMPR gene.

Application

GMPR Antibody (C-term) immunohistochemistry analysis in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded human breast carcinoma followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of GMPR Antibody (C-term) for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
Application Notes WB:1:50~100 IHC
