| Function | Sulfotransferase that utilizes 3'-phospho-5'-adenylyl sulfate (PAPS) to catalyze the transfer of a sulfo group to an N- unsubstituted glucosamine linked to a 2-O-sulfo iduronic acid unit on heparan sulfate.
