Putative oncogene protein hlc14-06-p
Molecular Weight(MW) 21446 Da
Function Pyrophosphatase that hydrolyzes the non-canonical purine nucleotides inosine triphosphate (ITP), deoxyinosine triphosphate (dITP) as well as 2'-deoxy-N-6-hydroxylaminopurine triposphate (dHAPTP) and xanthosine 5'-triphosphate (XTP) to their respective monophosphate derivatives. The enzyme does not distinguish between the deoxy- and ribose forms. Probably excludes non-canonical purines from RNA and DNA precursor pools, thus preventing their incorporation into RNA and DNA and avoiding chromosomal lesions
Tissue Specificity Ubiquitous. Highly expressed in heart, liver, sex glands, thyroid and adrenal gland
Cellular Localization Cytoplasm.

Application

Application

Western blot analysis of ITPA Antibody (N-term) in A375 cell line lysates (35ug/lane). ITPA (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab.

Application

ITPA Antibody (N-term) immunohistochemistry analysis in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded human lung carcinoma followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of the ITPA Antibody (N-term) for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated.

Application

ITPA Antibody (N-term) flow cytometric analysis of A375 cells (right histogram) compared to a negative control cell (left histogram).FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.

Application

Confocal immunofluorescent analysis of ITPA Antibody (N-term)(Cat#AP4942a) with HepG2 cell followed by Alexa Fluor® 488-conjugated goat anti-rabbit lgG (green). DAPI was used to stain the cell nuclear (blue).
Application Notes WB:1:100~500 IHC
