Product Profile
Product Name ACSL1 antibody, N-term
Antibody Type Primary Antibodies
Product description Rabbit Polyclonal antibody to ACSL1The protein encoded by this gene is an isozyme of the long-chain fatty-acid-coenzyme A ligase family. Although differing in substrate specificity, subcellular localization, and tissue distribution, all isozymes of this family convert free long-chain fatty acids into fatty acyl-CoA esters, and thereby play a key role in lipid biosynthesis and fatty acid degradation. Several transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene. [provided by RefSeq, Nov 2013]

Application

Application

WB analysis of MCF-7 cells using ACSL1 antibody at 0.2-1μg/ml.

Application

ICC/IF analysis of THP-1 cells using ACSL1 antibody at 1:200. Green : ASCL1, Red : Bodipy (stain for netural lipids). THP-1 cells was treated with 20mM PMA for 24hrs and then activated by culturing in the presence of irradiated M. tuberculosis at 0.050 mg/ml. for 3 days. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA, washed and stained with primary and then secondary antibody in blocking buffer containing 5% human serum.
Positive Control MCF-7
Application Notes *Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the researcher. :
