Product Profile
Product Name ANAPC1 antibody
Antibody Type Primary Antibodies
Product description Rabbit polyclonal antibody to ANAPC1ANAPC1 is 1 of at least 10 subunits of the anaphase-promoting complex (APC), which functions at the metaphase-to-anaphase transition of the cell cycle and is regulated by spindle checkpoint proteins. The APC is an E3 ubiquitin ligase that targets cell cycle regulatory proteins for degradation by the proteasome, thereby allowing progression through the cell cycle.[supplied by OMIM]

Application

Application

Anti-ANAPC1 antibody IHC of human tonsil. Immunohistochemistry of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue after heat-induced antigen retrieval. Antibody dilution 1:50.

Application

Human Liver (formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded) stained with ANAPC1 antibody at 1:50 followed by biotinylated goat anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody LS-D1, alkaline phosphatase-streptavidin and chromogen.

Application

Jurkat nuclear extract was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with anti-APC1 antibody. Proteins were visualized using a donkey anti-rabbit secondary conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system.

Application

Anti-ANAPC1 antibody IHC of human lung. Immunohistochemistry of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue after heat-induced antigen retrieval. Antibody dilution 1:50.
