Product Profile
Product Name Cardiac Troponin I antibody
Antibody Type Primary Antibodies
Product description Mouse monoclonal [2D5] to Cardiac Troponin IMonoclonal Mouse Anti-Human Cardiac Troponin I
Immunogen Purified human cardiac troponin I
Key Feature
Clonality Monoclonal
Isotype IgG1
Clone Number 2D5
Host Species Mouse
Tested Applications IHC-FIHC-P
Immunohistochemistry 1:25-1:50.( For formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue sections antigen demasker (10 mM citrate buffer pH 6.0 ) is requied. Boil the tissue 10-20 mins in this buffer, followed by cooling to RT. This antibody can be used on formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue sections. Prolonged fixation in buffered formalin can destroy the epitope. The antibody may be used at a dilution of 1:25-1:50 with LAB/Probe. When using paraffin-embedded and formalin-fixed tissues, high temperature antigenic unmasking technique (see instructions below) is strongly recommended for consistent and reproducible results. This product can also be used on frozen tissue sections. The optimal conditions should be determined by the individual laboratory.:
