Product Profile
Product Name CD31 antibody
Antibody Type Primary Antibodies
Product description Rabbit monoclonal antibody [EPR3094] to CD31The protein encoded by this gene is found on the surface of platelets, monocytes, neutrophils, and some types of T-cells, and makes up a large portion of endothelial cell intercellular junctions. The encoded protein is a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily and is likely involved in leukocyte migration, angiogenesis, and integrin activation. [provided by RefSeq, May 2010]
Immunogen Synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in the extracellular domain of human CD31
Key Feature
Clonality Monoclonal
Isotype IgG
Clone Number EPR3094
Host Species Rabbit
Tested Applications FACSIHC-PIPWB
For WB: Use at a dilution of 1:5000 - 1:20000. For IP: Use at a dilution of 1:20. For FACS: Use at a dilution of 1:50. For IHC-P: Use at a dilution of 1:250 - 1:500. Perform heat mediated antigen retrieval via the pressure cooker method before commencing with IHC staining protocol. We suggest to program the pressure cooker to run for 30 seconds at 125° C, followed by 10 seconds at 90° C. Then let the slide cool down to room temperature (10 - 20 minutes):
