Product Profile
Product Name CDH11 antibody
Antibody Type Primary Antibodies
Product description Mouse Monoclonal antibody [5B2H5] to CDH11This gene encodes a type II classical cadherin from the cadherin superfamily, integral membrane proteins that mediate calcium-dependent cell-cell adhesion. Mature cadherin proteins are composed of a large N-terminal extracellular domain, a single membrane-spanning domain, and a small, highly conserved C-terminal cytoplasmic domain. Type II (atypical) cadherins are defined based on their lack of a HAV cell adhesion recognition sequence specific to type I cadherins. Expression of this particular cadherin in osteoblastic cell lines, and its upregulation during differentiation, suggests a specific function in bone development and maintenance. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008]

Application

Application

WB analysis of rat and mouse brain lysates using CDH11 antibody [5B2H5].

Application

WB analysis of MDA MB231 lysate using CDH11 antibody [5B2H5].

Application

FACS analysis of permeabilized HEK293 cells using CDH11 antibody [5B2H5] (red histogram) or a mouse isotype control (pink histogram) at 2 μg - 4 μg/million cells. The purple histogram represents unstained control cells and the green histogram represents no-primary-antibody control.
