Mouse monoclonal [OV-TL 12/30] to Cytokeratin 7 (ready-to-use)Cytokeratin 7 is a member of the keratin gene family. The type II cytokeratins consist of basic or neutral proteins which are arranged in pairs of heterotypic keratin chains coexpressed during differentiation of simple and stratified epithelial tissues. This type II cytokeratin is specifically expressed in the simple epithelia lining the cavities of the internal organs and in the gland ducts and blood vessels.

Tested Applications
IHC-FIHC-P
For IHC-Fr: Pretitered and quality controlled to work on acetone fixed frozen tissue sections. No further titration is required. For IHC-P: Pretitered and quality controlled to work on formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue sections. No further titration is required. Proteolytic treatment is required prior to immunostaining of formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissue sections. Incubation period of 30 minutes at room temperature is recommended. Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.:
