Product Profile
Product Name DGCR8 antibody, Internal
Antibody Type Primary Antibodies
Product description Rabbit polyclonal to DGCR8 (Internal)This gene encodes a subunit of the microprocessor complex which mediates the biogenesis of microRNAs from the primary microRNA transcript. The encoded protein is a double-stranded RNA binding protein that functions as the non-catalytic subunit of the microprocessor complex. This protein is required for binding the double-stranded RNA substrate and facilitates cleavage of the RNA by the ribonuclease III protein, Drosha. Alternate splicing results in multiple transcript variants. [provided by RefSeq]
Immunogen KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 445~475 amino acids from the Center region of human DGCR8.

Application

Application

Western blot analysis of DGCR8 Antibody (Center) in NCI-H460 cell line lysates (35ug/lane). DGCR8 (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab.

Application

DGCR8 Antibody (Center) flow cytometric analysis of NCI-H460 cells (right histogram) compared to a negative control cell (left histogram).FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.
Application Notes ELISA: Use at 1:1,000
