Product Profile
Product Name Estrogen Receptor alpha antibody
Antibody Type Primary Antibodies
Product description Monoclonal Mouse Antibody to Human Estrogen ReceptorThis antibody is specific to estrogen receptor, which is associated with superior prognosis and a better response to endocrine therapy. The nuclei of the estrogen receptor positive cells stain very strongly with this antibody, without any staining in the cytoplasm.
Immunogen Prokaryotic recombinant protein corresponding to the full-length estrogen receptor molecule
Key Feature
Clonality Monoclonal
Isotype IgG1
Clone Number 6F11
Host Species Mouse
Tested Applications IHC-PIPWB
This antibody may be diluted to a titer of 1:20 to 1:80 in an ABC method. However, depending on the staining conditions employed, we suggest that final dilution should be determined by the user. We suggest an incubation period of 30 minutes at room temperature. However, depending upon the fixation conditions and the staining system employed, optimal incubation should be determined by the user. Formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissue sections require high temperature antigen unmasking with 10 mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0 prior to immunostaining. Can also be used for: Immunoprecipitation (1:50), Western Blotting (1:50 to 1:100):
