Product Profile
Product Name G-CSF antibody
Antibody Type Primary Antibodies
Product description Rabbit Polyclonal antibody to G-CSFThe protein encoded by this gene is a cytokine that controls the production, differentiation, and function of granulocytes. The active protein is found extracellularly. Alternatively spliced transcript variants have been described for this gene. [provided by RefSeq, May 2010]
Immunogen The immunogen corresponding to a region within amino acids 31 and 207 of human G-CSF.
Key Feature
Clonality Polyclonal
Host Species Rabbit
Tested Applications ELISAIHC-PNeutWB
We recommend the following starting dilutions: For WB: Use at a concentration of 0.1-0.2 µg/ml. For ELISA: Use at a concentration of 0.5 - 2.0 μg/ml. For IHC-P: Use at a concentration of 0.25 μg/mL. Heat induced antigen retrieval with a pH 6.0 sodium citrate buffer is recommended. For Neutralization: one-half maximal inhibition [ND50] of the biological activity of hG-CSF (0.5 ng/ml), a concentration of 0.04-0.06 µg/ml of this antibody is required. Optimal dilutions should be determined experimentally by the end user.

Application

Application

IHC-P analysis of human angiosarcoma using G-CSF antibody at a concentration of 0.25 μg/ml. An HRP-labeled polymer detection system was used with a DAB chromogen. Heat induced antigen retrieval with a pH 6.0 sodium citrate buffer is recommended.
