Application
Sandwich ELISA analysis of human IL3RB protein at 600, 240, 96, 38.4, 15.4, and 0 pg/ml (50 ul per well) using as capture antibody (9 ug/ml) and as detection antibody (0.05 ug/ml). The plate was washed and incubated with Streptavidin-HRP. Detection was performed using TMB substrate. The plate was stopped with 0.16M sulfuric acid.
