Non-infected (-) and Influenza A virus (H1N1)-infected (+) H1299 whole cell extracts (30 µg) were separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Influenza A virus NS1 (nonstructural protein) antibody diluted at 1:1000.
