Mouse monoclonal [Y2/51] to Integrin beta 3This antibody recognizes a glycoprotein of 110 kD molecular weight present on human platelets and also reacts with megakaryocytes and megakaryoblasts. The antigen is also present on endothelium and osteoclasts. The glycoprotein IIIa molecule produced by endothelium cells is identical in sequence to platelet glycoprotein IIIa.

Tested Applications
IHCIHC-P
For IHC-P: Use at a dilution of 1:25 - 1:50 in an ABC method. Enzymatic predigestion of paraffin embedded tissues is recommended prior to the immunostaining. We suggest an incubation period of 30 minutes at room temperature. This antibody is not compatible with Zenker and B5 fixed tissues. Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the researcher.:
